Dancers, please make sure you practice this sequence on both sides Left & Right If you have a backyard, that is a great place to practice "corner work"!
Please only do this Pointe Warm Up on a hard wooden floor. Please hold onto the back of a chair or kitchen bench. Enjoy & really use the plie throughout this exercise.
Plies are a very important warm up before you move onto more detailed ballet exercises. Please make sure Plies are always your first exercise. Feel free to add in some of your own Ports De Bras throughout the exercise.
Please make sure you all do both sides of this kick combination. It doesn't matter how high you can kick or how low you can get in the splits... just do your best in the space you have.
Remember... make sure you practice these variations on both sides of your body - Left & Right sides. Have Fun!
